Greetings from the company president Mr.Tadashi Matsubara
"Maido" is a Japanese greeting common to merchants, meaning "Glad to help every time ・・・".
Sincerely, we wish to say: "This is your company. This is your store. Please come visit anytime".
We say "hello", in a pleasant, low voice.
"Maido" - we say it with a very sincere heart. We mean to say: how are you? Thank you for coming in our favor. We does not mean to say: did you order anything today?
We want to feel that you are home. We aim for effective communication with customers.

Even through the internet, we serve customers with our heart, even if it is not possible to see each other and offer our sincere greetings.
Our staff always give their best feelings, gives you the most reliable information, and to come up to your expectations as a customer when you order.

We continue this spirit of the best customer service, ever since we started as a specialized bookstore in 1921, over ninety years of business dealing with publications and sales of the official gazette, and other government books and papers.
Even if we are here in Osaka, we intend to adapt to the current demands and trends. We look forward to meet and serve you in wherever you are in the great wide world.
